Packers sign defensive tackle Kenny Clark to four-year contract extension

The Green Bay Packers signed 24-year-old nose tackle Kenny Clark to a contract extension, a deal Clark’s agent, Doug Hendrickson, confirmed was a four-year pact worth $70 million, with a $25 million signing bonus.

Clark, a first-round pick out of UCLA in 2016, has emerged as the Packers’ top defensive lineman. He recorded six sacks for the second straight season last year and was named to the Pro Bowl as an injury replacement.

Golf: Si Woo Kim had a hole-in-one on the way to 62 and a two-shot lead at 18-under par after 54 holes of the Wyndham Championship at Greensboro, N.C., the PGA Tour’s final event before the playoffs. Doc Redman (63) and Rob Oppenheim (62) were tied for second place. Kim made his ace on the 161-yard third hole.

• Jerry Kelly bogeyed two of the last four holes for another even-par 70 on Firestone’s South Course, leaving him at 2-under, good for a one-stroke lead over three players in the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship in Akron, Ohio.

• Azahara Muñoz birdied the 18th hole for a 2-under 69 to take a one-shot lead over American Stacy Lewis (70) at 7-under 206 after the third round of the LPGA Tour’s Ladies Scottish Open at North Berwick.

• Tyler Strafaci and Charles Osborne advanced to the U.S. Amateur final at Bandon Dunes in Oregon to earn spots next year in the Masters and U.S. Open. Strafaci, a Georgia Tech senior, beat Oklahoma State’s Aman Gupta 1-up; Osborne, an SMU junior from Reno, topped UNC-Charlotte’s Matthew Sharpstene 4 and 2.

• Connor Syme carded an 8-under 63 for a one-shot lead at 15-under at the Celtic Classic in Newport, Wales.
